Do you deliver? Yes We offer delivery via courier starting from $22.00 charge, but also have in house delivery which is charged on a case-by-case basis, depending on location and availability. |

Can i rent equipment? Yes We offer rental services.Our rental price list can be found in the 'Products and Services' section of this ad.We ask for credit card details as a deposit for all rental equipment hired out or four weeks worth of rental if paying by cash, which is refunded on return of equipment. |

Do you sell and rent bariatric equipment? Yes We supply bariatric equipment for both hire and sale. Please specify what weight the user of the required equipment is, so that we may recommend appropriate products. |

Can i have a demonstration in my own home? Yes We are able to bring equipment, scooters and wheelchairs to your home for a 'try before you buy' demonstration. Please call us to arrange an appointment. |

Can i buy a customised wheelchair? Yes We can provide made-to-measure wheelchairs much like having a tailor made suit. Depending on your lifestyle and needs, we use your measurements and personal preferences to construct a unique wheelchair for you and you alone. |

Do we loan equipment to therapists for trial periods? Yes Therapsist are welcome to contact us to discuss the logistics to receive equipment to trial with their client. |

Can I return an unused purchase? Unused purchases may be returned for refund - AT OUR DISCRECTION. A restocking fee is applicable, the amount of the restocking fee is at our discretion and THE minimum fee is 20% of the purchase price. |
